Business Registration
We offer registration service to those individuals who wish to register their business as a company at the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), as required by the laws and regulation of the Royal Government of Cambodia. - Registration of a new company

Tax Registration
Law on Taxation, Enterprise/Company must register with the tax administration within 15 days after the enterprise/company begins economic activity. We remain 15 days of working day after getting business license from MoC for tax registration. Tax registration is to be granted Patent Tax, VAT Certificate and Tax registration ID Card.
