Tourism License
For a company that operates as a travel agency in Cambodia, there is a tourist license for tour operators in Cambodia to be able to operate (Inbound Tour Operators). To make the tourism license, the company has to deposit USD 5,000 in the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia.
Enterprise/Company that carries out its business activity such as hotel, guesthouse, massage parlour, beer garden and entertainment services is required to do tourism license for the activity.
Procurement
For companies constructing and bidding with the state budget, they must register for licenses at the Ministry of Land Management and Construction and, Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Work Permit
Foreigners who can live and work in Cambodia are required to have the visas (EI, EB…) and a work permit in Cambodia
